Clearview Services South is hiring a full-time Pool Cleaning Assistant Manager in Brunswick, GA. Pay is $48,000 to $54,000 per year. You need 2 to 4 years in pool cleaning, pool maintenance, or related fieldwork, plus leadership experience of some kind (crew lead, trainer, senior tech, or informal). You will service pools and coach technicians on the same day, often on the same route.

You are a hands-on leader who would rather be in the field than behind a desk.
You take pride in water chemistry and equipment work you can stand behind, and you hold a CPO certification or plan to earn one.
You are the person newer techs come to when a job goes sideways, and you coach without making anyone feel small.
You are a clear communicator who stays organized and works a problem through to a real fix.
You bring a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record, and you are comfortable working from route management or field service apps.
You bring the durability for outdoor work in changing conditions (kneeling, crouching, climbing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for long stretches), and you adjust what you cover when the department needs it.

What You Will Do Each Day

Clean pools, test water, and balance chemicals.
Troubleshoot minor pool and equipment problems in the field.
Run ride-alongs, field evaluations, and real-time coaching with technicians.
Inspect finished work, follow up on corrections, and settle customer concerns.
Adjust routes and coverage during high-demand stretches.
Enforce chemical handling, PPE, and equipment safety standards, and keep service records accurate.
