Full Job Description

We are actively searching for a driven, excited and professional Event Assistant to support our event marketing and sales team. In this role, you will represent our brand partners at retail locations and pop-up events helping drive brand awareness, creating positive buzz, and increasing customer engagement.

This is a customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in high energy environments and interacting directly with people.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and retail activations
Engage with customers face-to-face to introduce products, services, and current promotions
Educate customers on offerings and answer questions in a clear and professional manner
Support the sales process by helping customers enroll, sign up, or complete purchases
Maintain a positive and professional brand image at all times during events
Track customer interactions and provide feedback on event performance and customer trends
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly performance goals
Travel to various event locations within the local area as needed

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a face-to-face, event-based environment
Outgoing, energetic, and confident when interacting with customers
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and organizational skills
Adaptability in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Preferred (Not Required)

Background in customer service, retail, events, or sales
Experience working in promotional events, brand marketing, or public-facing roles
