What You’ll Do:

Run the Line Like a Pro: Lead shifts, coach cooks, and jump in to keep food quality, speed, and safety on point. From prep to plating, you’ll ensure every dish hits the mark.
Keep It Clean & Compliant: Own food safety with ServSafe/HACCP standards, temperature logs, and audit-ready cleanliness.
Team Up for Success: Partner with the Front-of-House to sync kitchen pace with guest expectations, delivering seamless service and those “wow” moments.
Control the Flow: Manage inventory, track waste, and support ordering to hit food-cost goals while keeping stations stocked and organized.
Bring Events to Life: Work with the Kitchen Manager to execute banquet orders and events, ensuring every plate is perfect, from setup to service.

Who We’re Looking For:

A kitchen leader with 3+ years of Back-of-House experience, including 1+ year in a lead or shift role, in a high-volume setting.
Someone who lives for food quality, nailing recipes, portioning, and presentation every time.
A safety champ with ServSafe (or ability to get it within 60 days) and a knack for keeping things audit-ready.
A team player who communicates clearly, collaborates with Front-of-House, and routes big-picture coordination through the Kitchen Manager and GM.
Comfortable with POS/KDS systems and basic inventory/scheduling tools.
Passionate about hospitality, with a heart for creating Exceptional Guest Experiences.
Ready for flexible hours—nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times don’t faze you.
Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Business (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
