Within the Rehabilitation service line, the Licensed Physical Therapist Lead will help shape evidence-based programming, optimize care pathways, and elevate outcomes for orthopedics, neuro, cardiopulmonary, post-surgical, and complex medical populations across inpatient and select outpatient touchpoints, all within an expansive hospital system and a 50+ bed count facility that values streamlined workflows, real-time quality dashboards, and continuous improvement grounded in data.

Reporting to a Director of Rehabilitation/Physical Medicine and collaborating closely with a Rehab Therapy Manager, the PT Lead will provide hands-on clinical leadership, manage a balanced caseload, mentor and precept staff, advance competencies, champion quality metrics, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include scheduling, throughput, discharge planning, and documentation, with robust support from rehab coordinators, therapy aides, case management, pharmacy, and a friendly nursing team. The Licensed Physical Therapist Lead will thrive amid diverse interdisciplinary partners—OT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and social work—who practice with mutual respect and the autonomy needed to deliver top-tier care.
