Full Job Description

Position Summary

Ear, Nose & Throat Associates is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Bryan, Ohio.

This position offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a collaborative outpatient specialty practice. Working alongside experienced ENT physicians, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of otolaryngology conditions while helping provide exceptional patient experiences.

Whether you have previous ENT experience or are looking to transition into a specialty practice, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and committed to delivering outstanding care.

What You'll Do

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic testing and imaging results.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic medical record.
Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support best clinical practices.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Indiana.
National certification as an NP or PA.
Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in otolaryngology, primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or another surgical specialty.
Experience with electronic medical records (Athenahealth experience is a plus).
Interest in performing in-office procedures and expanding procedural skills.
