About the Role:

As the Mathnasium Center Manager in College Station, TX, you will lead a team dedicated to transforming students' math skills and confidence. Join us in creating a fun and engaging learning environment that makes a difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Mathnasium center, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
Manage and mentor a team of instructors, fostering their professional growth and development.
Implement and maintain effective instructional programs and tutoring strategies.
Engage with parents and students to communicate progress and address concerns.
Drive enrollment growth through community outreach and marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze student performance data to tailor instruction and improve outcomes.
Maintain a welcoming and organized center environment for students and staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards.

Requirements:

Previous management experience in an educational or customer service/sales setting preferred.
Strong mathematical skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance student learning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software applications.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
You must be available to work Saturday mornings during the school year
