About the Role:
As the Mathnasium Center Manager in College Station, TX, you will lead a team dedicated to transforming students' math skills and confidence. Join us in creating a fun and engaging learning environment that makes a difference in the lives of children.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Mathnasium center, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
- Manage and mentor a team of instructors, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Implement and maintain effective instructional programs and tutoring strategies.
- Engage with parents and students to communicate progress and address concerns.
- Drive enrollment growth through community outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze student performance data to tailor instruction and improve outcomes.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized center environment for students and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in an educational or customer service/sales setting preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance student learning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
- You must be available to work Saturday mornings during the school year
