What You’ll Be Doing:

Field incoming calls with energy, empathy, and excellence
Book appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services with speed and accuracy
Crush performance goals through fast response times, clean data entry, and top-tier communication
Follow up with customers to ensure they felt the Malek difference
Tag-team with dispatch to make sure the right tech is in the right place at the right time
Bring a great attitude to the table—every shift, every call, every customer

You’re a Fit If:

You have 2+ years of customer service experience (bonus if it’s in a high-volume or home services setting)
You’re naturally positive, detail-obsessed, and calm under fire
You communicate like a pro—on the phone, in writing, or face-to-face
You’re goal-oriented and thrive on exceeding expectations
You know how to handle upset customers and turn issues into wins
You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-first environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to sit for extended periods and use a phone/computer throughout the day

COMPENSATION:

This position will earn an hourly compensation including the opportunity to make commissions and incentives.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-call rotation for after-hours phone support
