Full Job Description

Andrews Orthodontics is seeking a strong Office Manager / Operations Lead to run the day-to-day operations of a high-performing orthodontic practice.

This role is responsible for executing established systems, holding the team accountable, and ensuring consistent performance across the office.

We already have strong systems, workflows, and structure in place. This role is not about building from scratch.

This role is about execution, consistency, and accountability.

You will work directly under operations leadership and be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of our operating systems and ensure the team consistently follows established standards.

In this role, the Office Manager will join an existing orthodontic office and under the guidance of the Director of Operations, be responsible for daily oversight of the practice. This person must love interacting with people as their primary responsibility will be building and maintaining relationships with the team, patients and community. Previous dental experience or healthcare is not required for this role.

Daily Responsibilities and Duties

Provide daily operational oversight of a large orthodontic practice
Implement the strategic and operational goals of the organization
Train and mentor team members to perform to the best of their ability and skill level
Hold team members accountable to expectations, performance, and behavior
Address issues early and directly
Ensure the right people are in the right roles
Create a culture where expectations are clear and consistently enforced
Participate in designing staffing models to optimize clinical workflow including the development of work schedules and monitoring personnel to ensure that team members are performing their functions in compliance with policies and expectations
Own the daily flow of the office
Ensure schedules run smoothly and efficiently
Keep front office and clinical teams aligned
Solve problems quickly and directly
Maintain consistency in how the office operates
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Professionalism in all aspects of job
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and anticipation skills
Ability to quickly adjust and adapt to meet the needs of the practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
