About Us
Foot Soul Foot & Ankle is a modern podiatry practice focused on providing exceptional medical foot care with a luxury patient experience. We are expanding our cash-pay wellness services and are looking for a Certified Nail Technician who enjoys helping people, values professionalism, and wants to be part of a positive, team-oriented environment.
This is not a traditional salon position. You will work alongside a podiatrist in a medical office, providing specialty foot care using high-quality spa products while helping patients improve the health of their feet.
What You'll Do
- Perform medical-grade pedicures
- Provide fungal toenail pedicures and specialty foot care services
- Assist with laser therapy treatments for fungal nails (training provided if needed)
- Educate patients on proper foot care and home products
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment room
- Help create a relaxing spa experience within a medical setting
- Recommend retail products that support patient outcomes
Important to Know
Our patients come to us because they have medical foot conditions—not because they are looking for a cosmetic salon pedicure.
You should be comfortable working with:
- Thick toenails
- Fungal toenails
- Callused feet
- Dry or cracked skin
- Diabetic patients and other medical foot conditions

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Licensed/Certified Nail Technician in the State of Arkansas (Required)
- Friendly, compassionate, and personable
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable working in a medical environment
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Excited to grow with a rapidly expanding practice
- Enjoys educating patients and building relationships
Experience with medical pedicures is a plus but is not required. We are happy to train the right person.
