If you are looking to work with an agency that helps you grow as a clinician you are on the right website! Epiphany and Company takes pride in providing quality services to our clients. We train our therapist and are a realistic agency, meaning we will not make our therapist do anything we ( supervisors) are not willing to do ourselves. We work as a team!

Under the agency’s policies and professional requirements, Epiphany and Company is contracted with different facilities in Indiana. We are looking for Master’s Level Therapist and Social Workers to fill these positions in the facilities. Under the agency’s policies and professional requirements, the Therapist will provide services to include counseling, crisis intervention, resource and support system development, for families and children.

Therapy Provision of structured, goal-oriented, time-limited therapy in the natural environment of families who need assistance recovering from physical, sexual, emotional abuse, and neglect. Other issues, including substance abuse, mental illness, personality/behavior disorder, developmental disability, dysfunctional family or origin, and current family dysfunction, may be addressed in the course of treating the abuse/neglect.

A. Complete initial contact to referred families.

B. Complete an assessment with the family in an effort to develop appropriate/necessary recommendations for future success. '

C. Provide necessary resource and support system development.

D. Provide family counseling one to two times weekly

E. Provide crisis intervention as necessary.

F. Participate in case conferences, school conferences and court appearances with the family as requested.

G. Provide family advocacy as needed.

H. Participate in ongoing assessment and evaluation of the family’s goals.

I. Direct-Line Services

Knowledge and Skills

Activities are governed through a professional code of ethics and rules of confidentiality. A thorough knowledge of social work practice is expected with emphasis in home-based service delivery. Effective skills should be demonstrated in dealing with families involved in abuse/neglect situations as well as those involved in juvenile delinquency issues. A thorough knowledge of community resources is expected, but can be learned on the job.

Training and Experience

The position requires a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling or related field from an accredited college or university. Substance abuse experience is a plus. Continuing education is required and Master’s level Therapist’s must give evidence of aggressively working towards licensure. Company is willing to help with licensure process.
