Aesthetic Nurse Injector Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our 4EveryYoung Anti Aging Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care through various injection procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position requires a minimium of 1 year experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

Perform injection procedures including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments.
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth.
Educate patients on post-treatment care and potential side effects.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in case management and family planning initiatives.
Provide care for patients in various settings, including inpatient units and specialized areas like PICU when necessary.
Assist with phlebotomy and IV tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and best practices in administering injections.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Previous experience ( 1 year minimium) in a clinical setting with a focus on injectable treatments.
Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including aliment management and durable medical equipment (DME).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Familiarity with case management principles and practices is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
