Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Junior Buyer to support purchasing, logistics coordination, and supplier management activities. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on sourcing experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to ensure materials and products move efficiently through the supply chain.

You will work closely with internal manufacturing and planning teams, as well as domestic and international suppliers, to support production needs, improve procurement processes, and ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchasing activities to support production requirements, including pricing, invoicing, and resolution of commercial discrepancies
Partner closely with manufacturing, planning, and operations teams to identify supply chain risks and drive process improvements
Coordinate logistics activities across procurement, transportation, and warehousing functions
Support the development and execution of logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve delivery performance
Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders to meet delivery timelines and resolve quality or logistics-related issues
Maintain accurate purchasing and logistics data within ERP systems
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain operations

Required Qualifications

Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Experience sourcing parts or materials both domestically and internationally
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis (Excel or similar tools)
Experience working with ERP systems; understanding of MRP and consignment program management
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
