Full Job Description

Job Summary
CCHC is excited to welcome a full-time Physician to our brand-new clinic in Bell, a freshly remodeled location designed to support high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern community health setting.

This is an opportunity to join a growing Federally Qualified Health Center as we expand access to care in the Bell community. We are seeking a dedicated MD/DO who values clinical quality, teamwork, and service, and who is excited to help build and support services at a new CCHC location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide primary and preventive care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct patient exams, order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with licensure, clinical guidelines, and scope of practice.
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and health maintenance.
Collaborate with clinical staff, support teams, and leadership to promote coordinated patient care.
Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
Participate in quality assurance, compliance, and patient care initiatives as needed.
Supervise mid-level providers, residents, students, or other clinical staff as assigned.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Staff Physician Education, Training and Experience Requirements

Graduate from an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree.
Completion of an accredited residency program.
Board certification or board eligibility in specialty.
Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in CA.
Active DEA registration.
Prior outpatient primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or community health experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $300k–$330k annually, based on experience
Quarterly provider incentive opportunity tied to clearly defined productivity expectations
