Buffalo Medical Group is continuing to expand our imaging and diagnostic services and is seeking experienced Registered Echo Technologists (cardiac sonographers), Registered Ultrasound Technologists, Registered Vascular Technologists, and Radiologic Techs to join our growing imaging team.
This posting represents multiple opportunities within our imaging department, supporting cardiac imaging, ultrasound, and stress testing services that work directly with our BMG physicians.

REGISTERED ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST
Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures as ordered by a physician. This full‑time position is primarily based at our Williamsville (295 Essjay) location, with travel to our Orchard Park (3900 North Buffalo Road), Buffalo (85 High Street) and Lockport (6950 S Transit Road) as needed. The schedule consists of five 8‑hour shifts per week, primarily 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with occasional earlier shifts starting as early as 6:45 AM.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of ultrasound exams, including abdomen, thyroid, renal, pelvic, scrotal, podiatry, elastography, first‑trimester OB/GYN, and breast imaging.
- Assist with ultrasound‑guided breast biopsies.
Requirements:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- One year of experience is preferred.
Hourly Pay Rate: $28.73-$41.41 based on experience
REGISTERED ECHO TECHNOLOGIST
Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Echo Technologist to perform cardiac ultrasound procedures as ordered by a physician. This full‑time position covers both our Orchard Park (3900 North Buffalo Road) and Williamsville (295 Essjay) locations. Scheduling options include 4×10‑hour shifts or 5×8‑hour shifts, with flexible start and end times.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms.
Requirements:
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- One year of experience is preferred.
Hourly Pay Rate: $38.29-$55.19 based on experience
REGISTERED VASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST
Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to perform non-invasive diagnostic procedures as ordered by a physician. This full-time position is primarily based at our Williamsville (295 Essjay) location, with travel to our Orchard Park (3900 North Buffalo Road) as needed. The schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts per week, primarily 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with occasional earlier shifts starting as early as 6:30 AM.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform a variety of vascular exams, including, upper and lower extremity venous, venous insufficiency, lower extremity arterial, abdominal aorta, renal, carotid, mesenteric, and liver vasculature duplex studies.
Requirements:
· Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
· Current CPR/BLS certification.
· One year of experience is preferred.
Hourly Pay Rate: $32.73-$47.17 based on experience
RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST
Summary:
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiological procedures and dexa scans as ordered by a physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. This full-time position could work at any of our four growing locations in the WNY including downtown on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Williamsville, Orchard Park, and Lockport. The schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts per week with shifts with the earliest start time being 7am and the latest end time being 6pm.
Requirements:
Completion of a two year school of Radiologic Technology approved by the AMA. Registered by the State of New York.
Hourly Pay Rate: $25.26-$39.47 based on experience
