Qualifications

Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
Interest in Practice Ownership and long-term leadership
Commitment to patient-centered, preventive care
Clean malpractice and disciplinary record
