Full Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner according to individual client specifications, including invoices submitted via mail, email, and third-party software platforms.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of invoicing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for multi-location and national accounts.
Conduct weekly audits within the field service management system to ensure accuracy and completeness of client and affiliate records.
Support Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams by collecting documentation, uploading service records, resolving invoice discrepancies, and submitting quotations as needed.
Collaborate with the Accounts Payable department to resolve invoice-related inquiries and discrepancies.
Prepare and complete required contractual and compliance documentation associated with invoicing, including lien waivers and supporting documentation.
Provide prompt and professional resolution to client and affiliate billing concerns and disputes.
Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with clients, affiliates, vendors, and internal team members.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.
Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Recommend process improvements or policy updates to management when appropriate.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field service management software
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
