1st & 2nd Shift Truss Assemblers
Location: Howard Lake, MN
1st Shift Pay: $22.75/Hour
1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5am - 2pm & 5am – 9am on Friday.
As our customer needs change due to the seasonality of our business, our work hours will change to Monday-Thursday, 5am-3pm and overtime on Friday, as required. Shift schedules are subject to change based upon our customers’ needs.
Location: Howard Lake, MN
2nd Shift Pay: $22.75/Hour, plus $1.00 shift differential
2nd Shift Schedule: M-Th, 3pm – 1am.
As our customer needs change due to the seasonality of our business, our work hours will change to Monday-Thursday, 3pm-3am, as required. Shift schedules are subject to change based upon our customers’ needs.
Truss Assembler Responsibilities:
Pick connector plates, according to job order (quantity and size specifications)
Lift and layout lumber onto build table
Hammer in connector plates
Stack webs, chords, and trusses
Unload, label and band trusses
Truss Assembler Requirements:
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, lift above shoulders, reach, squat, and kneel regularly with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds several times per day, with lighter weights more frequently, and heavier weights less frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be able to understand measurements
