What You’ll Do:

● Lead commercial and residential roofing/restoration sales

● Personally develop and close high-value commercial opportunities

● Drive residential production within your local market

● Recruit, train and develop sales consultants

● Coach your team through prospecting, inspections, presentations and closing

● Build relationships with commercial property owners and decision-makers

● Help expand VI-A into new markets nationally

● Lead from the front through personal and team production

● Storm restoration

● Sales management or regional leadership

Target earnings: $200,000–$300,000+
