Leadership
The organizations are being developed under the direction of a founder whose background spans law, taxation, finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory services, and investing.
The founder holds law degrees, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law, widely recognized as one of the premier graduate tax law programs in the world.
Professionally, the founder is a former Senior Partner of a large professional services firm, former Associate Managing Partner of its New York practice, former Global Head of its Mergers & Acquisitions practice, and former Co-Head of its Financial Services practice. Throughout that career, Wall Street professionals, financial institutions, and private equity firms regularly sought the founder's advice on sophisticated transactions, strategic initiatives, and complex business matters.
The founder also has extensive personal investment experience with a documented track record that may be discussed with appropriately qualified candidates during the interview process.
Long-Term Vision
The long-term vision includes three independent professional services organizations, each operating under its own name while collaborating where legally permissible:
- Boutique Law Firm (Name to Be Announced)
- Tax and Accounting Advisory Firm serving high-net-worth individuals and middle-market businesses (Name to Be Announced)
- Trading, Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Strategic Advisory Firm (Name to Be Announced)
The businesses are expected to operate from adjacent offices in the Buffalo area, with the potential addition of a Miami, Florida virtual office providing professional office facilities, administrative support, and meeting space.
Current OpportunitiesOffice Manager / Head of Administration
Compensation: $150,000 annually plus performance bonus.
This executive leadership position will oversee the administrative operations supporting multiple professional services organizations.
Hybrid work arrangements of up to three remote workdays per week may be considered for the right candidate.
Senior Civil Attorney
Approximately 10 to 14 years of experience preferred.
Seeking an attorney with broad civil law experience, excellent judgment, strong client relationship skills, and a collaborative approach.
Criminal Appellate Attorney
Part-time or full-time.
Full-time opportunities may be available based upon the individual's ability to develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Creative partnership arrangements may be considered for truly exceptional candidates.
Civil Law Associate
Approximately four to eight years of experience preferred.
Seeking an attorney committed to professional excellence, teamwork, and long-term growth.
Senior Paralegal
Seeking an experienced paralegal with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support a broad civil law practice.
