Full Job Description

Job Purpose: This role combines training, direct coaching, and technical assistance support, to ensure programs run efficiently and effectively (with emphasis on the MiiWrap Erie Vendor Network). This includes program and implementation support, training and group facilitation, data support and performance management.

Duties

● Support biweekly invoicing process for Care Coordination and Vendor Network from FidelityEHR, including monitoring billing errors, late progress notes, and flex fund reimbursement funds

● Coach Vendor Network agencies on the implementation, management, and supervision of MiiWrap Erie using performance reports and other analytics

o Train/coach on EHR, reports, and dashboards

● Co-facilitate vendor supervisor roundtable and vendor learning community meetings and document process

● Assist with MiiWrap Erie trainings (i.e. co-facilitate, provide technical support to trainees, send training emails, track attendance, generate/send certificates, etc.)

● Assist with development of online trainings for the Training Department (i.e. Reach 360, Canva, etc.)

● Collaborate with Evaluation/Analytics to develop and implement vendor data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize quality

● Participate in the development of FidelityEHR reports and interpretation of data in order to enhance Vendor Network quality improvement areas and improve data-informed decision making.

● Manage vendor provider registration and issues, training, data entry, and other organizational and administrative duties

● Identify and recruit potential new vendor service providers, as needed (Agency)

● Act as project lead for new vendor agencies coming into MiiWrap Erie Vendor Network (checklist, infrastructure assessment onboarding and coaching)

● Maintain electronic filing system for the Vendor Network and the Training Department

● Responsible for representing the vendor network at various CSOC ad-hoc workgroup meetings

● Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position and/or experience with implementing evidence-based models (i.e. Wraparound, Motivational Interviewing, etc.)

● Experience in project management including preparing documents, agendas and organizing trainings/meetings

● Knowledge of (application of) Technology/MIS development

● College 4 year degree required in addition to Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Strong Organizational Skills, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Verbal Communication, able to work independently

Competitive Pay Range of $55,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience
