Job Title: CNC Operator – Stone Fabrication

Company Overview:
Join our dynamic and growing team specializing in custom stone countertops! With over 30 years of excellence in the stone fabrication industry, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and professional growth opportunities.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a CNC Operator to handle the production of high-quality stone countertops using advanced CNC machinery and software. This role involves operating bridge saws, saw jets, and CNC machines while ensuring precision and efficiency in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload full slabs or cut pieces onto CNC and saw tables.
Utilize different software for slab layouts, cutting, and edge shaping/polishing.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as changing saw blades and dressing CNC tools.
Follow established production procedures and ensure consistent quality.
Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
A desire to learn and adapt to new challenges
Experience with CAD/CAM software or technical tools (preferred).
1+ years of CNC operation or stone fabrication experience.
Familiarity with the construction or trades industry is a plus.
Military veterans and service members transitioning to civilian careers are strongly encouraged to apply.
