About the Seasonal Position
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Seasonal Retail Warehouse Associate to help support our stores during our busiest time of year.
This is a seasonal position focused on the holiday retail season, with the potential for continued employment after the season based on business needs, performance, attendance, and availability. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and being part of a team that helps keep our retail locations stocked and ready for customers.
The Retail Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in keeping The BFLO Store operating efficiently by ensuring merchandise is accurately received, processed, organized, and distributed to our retail locations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Verify merchandise against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy.
- Process, tag, organize, and prepare merchandise for distribution to retail locations.
- Accurately document received inventory and maintain organized stock areas.
- Safely move, store, and transport merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Help prepare merchandise for the holiday shopping season.
- Support the timely distribution of merchandise to our retail stores.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily warehouse and distribution needs.
- Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, retail, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience is preferred, but not required.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability during the holiday season, including weekends.
- Ability to work through the holiday season, including December, is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move merchandise for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Opportunity After the Season
Although this position is seasonal, strong-performing seasonal team members may have the opportunity to remain with The BFLO Store after the holiday season as additional positions become available.
