Full Job Description

As a Health Care Marketer, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our footprint across all Buffalo, New York. This is your opportunity to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and key referral sources, driving awareness and engagement with our services. You’ll leverage your network, communication skills, and strategic approach to connect with potential partners, ensuring our Nursing Home becomes the go-to provider for in-house Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation needs. If you're passionate about making meaningful connections and delivering outstanding service, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within Buffalo, NY
Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach plan to increase awareness and engage with a diverse range of referral partners, including hospitals, doctors’ offices, and senior centers.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources
Attend health fairs, community events, and networking opportunities throughout Buffalo to raise the visibility and generate new relationships.
Maintain strong knowledge of Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Short Term Care and Long-Term Care services and how we stand out from the competition.

What We're Looking For:

Previous healthcare marketing experience, particularly within a Nursing Home, is a MUST
Established contacts and a deep understanding of the local territory and healthcare landscape.
A proactive, self-driven, and positive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
A passion for relationship-building and networking in a healthcare setting.
Professional, polished, and dependable with a strong communication skill set.

Experience generating referrals
Ability to connect with diverse referral sources and understand their needs.
Creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
Strong public speaking and presentation capabilities.
Able to pivot and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll need exceptional communication skills to maintain relationships, present effectively, and engage new referral sources.
With your strong sales skills, you'll convert opportunities into tangible results while building trust within your network.
Able to work autonomously while maintaining strong work ethics and accountability.
Someone who thrives in nurturing existing relationships while proactively developing new ones to expand your network and exceed goals.

What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role is measured by achieving monthly enrollment targets. To excel, you will need to consistently hit your target while demonstrating agility, proactivity, and excellent relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of established connections from which they can generate regular referrals.
