Full Job Description

A small and collaborative law firm is seeking a dependable and organized Office & Accounting Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a professional environment and is looking for flexibility, strong benefits, and long-term stability.

Schedule

Part-time position
Approximately 3-4 days per week in office (24-32 hours per week; flexible)
Flexible schedule with potential for hybrid flexibility over time

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare and organize tax-related information for outside accounting professionals
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting and bookkeeping functions
Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, office management, or related experience
Prior law firm experience strongly preferred; professional services experience will also be considered
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
