A growing dental practice is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its team. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
Build trust and rapport with patients through excellent communication
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Uphold high standards of ethical and patient-centered care

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

DDS or DMD degree
Eligibility for state dental licensure
Comfortable with restorative dentistry, crown & bridge, extractions, endodontics, and digital workflows
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
