We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Data Clerk to help ensure the accuracy of our product information and compliance documentation.

As our Compliance Data Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate product and compliance information that supports our customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:

Maintain accurate product and compliance data within our ERP system

Review, update, and verify product specifications, certifications, and supporting documentation

Ensure product information meets regulatory, customer, and company compliance requirements

Research and retrieve documentation from internal systems and external suppliers

Identify and resolve discrepancies in product data and documentation
-
Organize and maintain electronic and physical compliance records
-
Support supplier documentation and import/compliance record management
-
Maintain organized filing systems for confidential supplier and product information

Assist with customer inquiries related to compliance documentation

Support continuous improvement of data management processes
In addition, this role serves as the first point of contact for visitors to our Plant 6 location by:

Greeting visitors and employees in a professional and welcoming manner

Managing visitor check-in procedures, badges, and security requirements

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

Associate degree preferred

2+ years of office administration, data entry, customer service, or related experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel experience preferred)

ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
