Full Job Description

N.A.S. Sign Company, a well-established Buffalo sign company with over 45 years of history, is looking for an experienced, organized, and reliable Part-Time Office Manager to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping an office organized, and supporting a small business environment.

Responsibilities include:

Accounts receivable: customer invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up
Accounts payable: entering bills, vendor payments, and record keeping
Payroll processing and employee time records
Basic bookkeeping and financial organization
Customer and vendor communication
General office administration and filing
Working with ownership and department managers to keep information accurate and organized

Qualifications:

Previous office management, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software helpful
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with computers, email, and office systems
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Schedule:
Part-time position, approximately 20–25 hours per week with some flexibility.

Compensation:
$20–$24 per hour depending on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
