Full Job Description

Know your way around machinery? Mechanically inclined? Like figuring out how things work?

We’re looking for a CNC Machine Operator / Manufacturing Technician to join our production team in Alpharetta.

Your primary responsibility will be learning to operate our Trumpf 2030 Fiber Laser, cutting stainless steel, aluminum and other materials. You’ll also be cross-trained on our rubber cutting equipment and help with materials, inventory and finished orders.

Already have fiber laser experience? Great. Have CNC, fabrication, flatbed cutter or other machine-operation experience? We still want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Set up and operate CNC/fiber laser cutting equipment
Read drawings, measurements and production specifications
Monitor cuts and inspect finished parts for quality
Deburr and prepare finished parts
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
Learn and operate our rubber cutting equipment
Help receive, organize, pick, pack and prepare materials and orders
Keep your equipment and work area clean and organized

YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

Have experience operating CNC, laser, fabrication or similar production equipment
Are mechanically inclined and comfortable around machinery
Pay attention to measurements, details and quality
Notice when something doesn’t look or sound right
Can learn new equipment and processes
Take ownership of your work without needing someone to constantly check behind you
Are dependable and willing to pitch in where needed

Experience with Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, fiber lasers, CNC machinery, flatbed cutters or sheet metal fabrication is a plus, but experience with our exact equipment is not required.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role that requires standing for extended periods and safely lifting materials up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
