BUSINESS ANALYST

Work closely with the team to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows. Responsible for tracking and publishing the status of all new projects to stakeholders. Conduct business process improvement reviews and was involved in identifying gaps in the current structure. Use JIRA as documentation and visualization for KPI’s, Burnup-Burndown charts and Kanban board. Work with PO for Product Refinement in re-prioritizing user stories adhering to the INVEST criteria. Manage UAT Testing; develop and review QA Test Strategies and Test Plans for appropriate test coverage.

Position Requirements

Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Technology, Information Systems/Security, or related field AND one (1) year of experience in the offered position or any position in which the experience was gained.
