Show Stopping Coordination: Manage the spotlight for city-sponsored and co-sponsored events. Providing dazzling entertainment, sponsorships that steal the show, and logistics that run smoother than a guitar riff.
Budget Maestro: Jam out with the Events and Outreach Division Director, crafting and managing event budgets, handling contracts, and keeping event expenses in harmony.
Crew Captain: Lead the city staff working events – recruit and manage the ultimate crew of volunteers to keep the show running like clockwork.
Vendor Vibe: Secure vendors like headlining acts, compile a rockstar vendor database, and ensure your inventory of supplies and equipment is always stage-ready.
Captivating Creativity: work with the events and marketing team to keep Suwanee’s events creative, fresh and #1 on the charts!
Scheduling Symphony: Plan and organize event schedules for private, city-sponsored, and co-sponsored events – because timing is everything.
