Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial records and support core accounting functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, ensuring compliance, and assisting with financial reporting to support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
Record daily transactions, journal entries, and adjustments
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with payroll processing and related filings
Support budgeting and cash flow monitoring
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
Maintain organized financial documentation and records

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
