As an Executive Assistant you will bring a high level of secretarial and administrative support experience for three of the organization's upper management or executives. Requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people.

What You’ll Own

You will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and executives, handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
You will create, edit, and manage a variety of business documents, communications, agreements, and presentations while coordinating reviews, approvals, and signatures across multiple stakeholders.
Oversees complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning to ensure executives' time and priorities are managed effectively.
Acts as a key liaison between executives, senior leadership, employees, and external partners, providing responsive communication, sound judgment, and issue resolution support.
Supports operational and administrative functions including expense reporting, budget tracking, office logistics, policy guidance, and ensuring executives meet important commitments and deadlines.
Based in our Windward, Alpharetta, GA offices, working hybrid, minimum 3 days a week.

What You Bring

Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience - Typically Minimum 4+ Years Relevant Exp
Skills / Knowledge - Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
Job Complexity - Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Has little or no role in the decision-making. Has strong experience with administrative support
Supervision - Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments. Works under close supervision.
MS Office - Creation of spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

It’s a bonus if you have

Associate's Degree
Typically Minimum 6 Years Relevant Exp
Administrative support of upper management or executives within a Fortune 500 company.
International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) Certification
