We are hiring an experienced Restoration Estimator in San Antonio, TX, with earnings of $75,000 to $120,000 per year on a base plus commission structure. You will build precise Xactimate estimates that set every residential and commercial project up to succeed, while helping us grow into the Austin market.

You are a meticulous estimator who believes the numbers tell the truth about the work.
You take pride in catching the details others miss on a scope or sketch.
You love being the calm, clear voice between clients, adjusters, and crews.
You are the kind of professional who treats every home and business like it matters.
You believe in continuous learning and sharpening your craft year after year.
You bring at least 5 years of restoration or construction experience and Xactimate proficiency.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Review docu-sketches to determine scope of work and damage.
Develop detailed Xactimate estimates for residential and commercial jobs.
Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
Manage approvals, supplements, and change orders proactively.
Maintain meticulous records of costs and project details.
Climb ladders and inspect roofing when the job calls for it.
