About Us:

World Tech Toys is a dynamic leader in the toy industry, crafting imaginative and high-quality toys under world-renowned licenses such as Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Transformers, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Toyota, and more. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our design team, contributing to the visual storytelling of our iconic products.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, this 3-month temporary position focuses primarily on designing and developing toy packaging, with a strong emphasis on creating and editing box dielines from scratch. The role requires expertise in packaging construction to deliver visually compelling, production-ready designs, while also supporting marketing materials, product graphics, and digital content. A passion for pop culture and strong aesthetic sensibility are essential for translating licensed properties into engaging, brand-compliant designs. This temporary assignment may lead to a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design Creation: Develop high-quality designs for toy packaging, product graphics, advertisements and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand and licensing guidelines.

· Brand Adherence: Follow strict brand guidelines for licensed properties

(e.g., Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Transformers, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Ford) to create designs that meet licensor approval standards.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the Graphics Design Manager and cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, and sales) to execute cohesive visual campaigns.

· Production Support: Prepare print-ready files, ensuring designs meet technical specifications for printing and production processes.

· Trend Research: Stay informed about design trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to create fresh and relevant designs.

· Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

· 2-4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the toy entertainment, or consumer goods industry.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging, branding, and digital design, ideally with experience in licensed IPs or pop culture brands.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.

· Understanding of printing processes, color management, and production requirements for packaging and marketing materials.

· Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, typography, and composition.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and work as part of a team.

· Passion for toys, pop culture, and licensed properties, with an understanding of fan expectations.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience designing for children’s products or collector-focused merchandise.

· Familiarity with automotive design aesthetics (e.g., Lamborghini, Bugatti, Ford) or action-oriented IPs (e.g., Transformers).

· Knowledge of digital marketing and social media design to support promotional efforts.
