HELP CHILDREN FIND THEIR VOICE
For over 22 years, our mission has been simple: Changing the world one child at a time. As a speech-language pathologist, you have the rare privilege of being there for a child’s first sounds, first words, and first real connections with the people who love them. Join us to not just build your career, but to build your imprint on this world—one communicator at a time.
Are you a CCC-SLP passionate about making a lasting impact during the most critical window for speech, language, and communication development?
════════════════════════════════════════════════
WHY WE LEAD WITH TRANSPARENCY
Our average employee retention is over 8.5 years, and many team members have been with us for 21+ years. This doesn’t happen by accident.
We believe authentic relationships start with clear expectations—no surprises, no hidden details, no bait-and-switch. As a state-funded organization held to non-profit standards, our logistics ensure all employees are treated equitably.
If this role isn’t a 100% long-term match, we’d rather know now. Our mission requires strong alignment from the start.
════════════════════════════════════════════════
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is home-based early intervention speech therapy with children birth to three years old in their natural environments—homes, parks, daycares—where communication develops most naturally and outcomes are most profound.
As an early intervention SLP, you’ll support emerging expressive and receptive language, social communication, play-based language development, early literacy foundations, AAC where appropriate, and feeding/swallowing within the EI scope. Just as importantly, you’ll coach and empower the caregivers who surround the child every single day, because the most powerful therapy happens long after the session ends.
Early intervention has the highest success rate for clinical outcomes with children under three. Be part of the proven formula that transforms young lives during their most neuroplastic years.
════════════════════════════════════════════════
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring experienced, seasoned, fully certified speech-language pathologists who want to build full-time employment opportunities. Our roles are designed for clinicians seeking substantial caseloads with exceptional earning potential—not a fit for anyone seeking below 20 billable treatment hours scheduled per week.
════════════════════════════════════════════════
REQUIREMENTS: CERTIFIED SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (CCC-SLP)
This role requires a fully certified, independently practicing SLP. Please review carefully before applying:
- Active California SLP license in good standing (Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)—current and in good standing
- Professional experience serving the birth-to-three demographic
- Passion for early intervention and family-centered, caregiver-coaching care
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned catchment area (15 to 20-mile radius)
PLEASE NOTE—WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR:
We are not currently hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or clinicians completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) for this position. The vulnerable families we serve depend on continuity of care from a clinician who can practice fully and independently from day one—so a current CCC-SLP credential is required, with no exceptions for this posting. We are also not hiring "per diem" therapists. Our roles are designed to be between 20 to 40 billable hours scheduled per week based on clinician's caseload goal. If you are seeking a role to compliment another role, then our organization is not a right fit. We are looking for clinicians that want 100% of their professional journey to be centered around the early intervention population.
