Full Job Description

Murillo’s Financial Center is hiring a full-time Bilingual Receptionist to support front desk operations, phone calls, appointment scheduling, and general administrative tasks. We currently have openings in both our Burien and Everett offices. Applicants will be assigned to one office location and are not expected to travel between offices.

This is an in-person position. The ideal candidate must speak English and Spanish fluently, communicate professionally, and have previous experience in customer service, reception, or office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in person and by phone.
Answer and route calls in English and Spanish.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Support basic administrative and office tasks.
Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Required Qualifications

Fluent English and Spanish required.
Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience required.
Comfortable answering business phone calls in English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Must be available to work full-time in person.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a financial, tax, insurance, or professional office environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Good written communication in English and Spanish.

Pay:
$21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
