Join Our Team as a Party Consultant (Call Center Rep) and a bilingual agent and Unleash Your Sales Potential!

Full time and Part time shifts available!

With over 1,300 locations in development and plans to expand even more, we’re looking for energetic and motivated Bilingual Party Consultants to help make unforgettable experiences happen!

What’s in it for You?

Spanish Pay Differential: Additional $2 per hour for employees proficient in Spanish.
Base Pay + Commission: Enjoy unlimited earning potential with a base hourly rate, plus bonuses for every birthday party booked and event upgrades.
Incentives: Earn $5 for every birthday party you sell and another $5 for each upgraded event. Up to $2k+ in commission bi-weekly.
Growth Opportunities: As you master the role, you'll have the chance to book additional special events, further increasing your commissions!
Benefits Package: We offer a competitive benefits package to support you and your family.

What You’ll Do:

As a Party Consultant (Call Center Representative), you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, working with them to design the ultimate party experience. You’ll be responsible for selling our fantastic party packages, which include food, drinks, and exciting attractions for birthday parties, corporate events, and more!

Day in the Life:

You’ll be booking events, handling inbound inquiries, and working with our guests to craft the perfect experience.

You’ll collaborate with the team to help drive the success of our events and sales efforts.
You’ll always have a positive, energetic attitude that shows our guests why we’re the best in the business.

Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and thrive in a high-energy, fun environment.
