We’re looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Four-day work week
Predictable part-time schedule (22 hours)
Two-hour wellness break every Wednesday–Friday (with option to work one of those hours each day to get up to 25 hours/week)

Unique Midday Wellness Break

We intentionally built our schedule to support life outside the clinic. Our unique 2-hour midday wellness break gives you time to work out, run errands, attend appointments, enjoy lunch at home, or pick up the kids from school before returning for the evening clinic. If you'd prefer a few extra hours instead, you also have the flexibility to work up to one hour during the clinic's midday closure, increasing your schedule to as many as 25 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and essential to the patient experience.

Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to monitor patient health status
Support provider during consultations and procedures
Perform phlebotomy with confidence, efficiency, and precision
Administer injectable medications
Manage patient flow to maintain a smooth, elevated experience
Order labs and track results
Prepare and maintain clean, fully stocked treatment rooms
Maintain accurate, compliant medical records
Assist with inventory management and supply organization
Support front desk operations as needed (check-in/out, payments, scheduling, calls)
Contribute to a positive, team-first clinic culture

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not only clinically skilled, but also highly observant, detail-oriented, and able to think ahead.

This role requires someone who can notice when something seems “off,” ask the right questions, follow through without being reminded, and understand how small details impact patient safety, clinic flow, and the overall patient experience.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - Required
Minimum 1 year in a clinical setting - Required
Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience - Required
BLS Certification - Required within 30 days of hiring
Strong attention to detail - We believe exceptional patient care begins with consistency, attention to detail, and a willingness to keep learning
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and medication administration protocols
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow protocols while also recognizing when something needs a second look
Strong communication skills, both in person, by phone, & written
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to move with urgency while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and care

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in hormone optimization or weight loss clinics
A genuine interest in health, fitness, and longevity
A passion for creating exceptional patient experiences

Schedule

22 hours/week (with choice to work an additional hour Wednesday-Friday within our employee wellness break - giving you 25 hours/week):

Wednesday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 4:30 - 6:00 PM (2:30-4:30 PM is our employee wellness break)
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
