Full Job Description

Compensation: Performance-Based | Unlimited Earning Potential

Bubble Binz is looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative who thrives on the phone, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by closing deals.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We're seeking a proven sales professional with experience in outbound phone sales, inside sales, call centers, or door-to-door sales who takes pride in their ability to connect with people, overcome objections, and consistently drive results.

In this role, you'll work exclusively with warm inbound leads for two areas of our business:

Franchise Development: Qualify and nurture prospective franchise owners through the sales process.
Residential Services: Convert inbound bin cleaning leads into recurring customers.

If you're motivated by performance, enjoy following up until the deal is done, and want the opportunity to earn significant commissions, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Contact and qualify prospective franchise owners who have requested information.
Build relationships through phone, text, and email follow-up.
Guide franchise prospects through the qualification process, including encouraging completion of financial qualification forms.
Schedule qualified candidates for discovery calls with the Franchise Development team.
Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
Convert residential bin cleaning leads into recurring customers.
Accurately document all activity in the CRM.
Meet and exceed daily activity, conversion, and sales goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of successful inside sales, outbound phone sales, call center, or door-to-door sales experience.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong objection-handling and follow-up abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and driven by performance-based compensation.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Compensation

$10 for every franchise prospect who completes the financial qualification form and becomes an engaged candidate.
$2,000 commission for every Micro Franchise sold.
$4,000 commission for every Full Franchise sold.
$20 commission for every new Bubble Binz residential bin cleaning customer you sign up (no clawbacks).
Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions.
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role. There is no base salary or guaranteed income. Earnings are uncapped and based entirely on performance.
