Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team and keep our busy operation running smoothly, handling online customer orders, supporting day-to-day administration, and helping us stay organized as we grow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while contributing to collaborative projects across the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks to support the bakery operations
Maintain and manage company’s calendar
Email communication throughout the day
Handle online orders and inquiries for bakery menu items and custom cakes
Organize and maintain the company's calendar and digital platforms
Website and social media maintenance, including announcements
Customer relations
Events coordination
Assist with purchasing tasks, inventory management and ordering

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll support, expense tracking, and invoice management
Handle correspondence with city, state, and federal agencies; support tax filings, insurance, and regulatory compliance as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of relevant experience (restaurant or bakery industry a plus)
Digitally fluent, comfortable across POS, online platforms and digital dashboards.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel)
Strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English
High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
