Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver with their own truck and trailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance with all transportation regulations. Responsibilities

Load and unload freight as necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently while adhering to schedules.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise during transport.
Utilize forklifts and other equipment as needed for loading and unloading freight.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations related to commercial driving.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle being operated.
Copy Of MVR
Proven experience in truck driving with a strong background in delivery driver roles.
Familiarity with operating various types of trucks including roll-off trucks and freight vehicles.
Experience with route driving and knowledge of local roadways is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail for conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining accurate records.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
