Full Job Description

Position Overview:
The MEP Project Manager oversees a multi-building, multi-year project driving preconstruction equipment procurement, auditing MEP site standards, and developing critical path schedules. They partner directly with clients, mentor site operations teams, and enforce strict safety policies, including full energization planning. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a landmark project with one of the ENR Top 10 commercial construction firms in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Preconstruction & Procurement: Assist with bidding mechanical and electrical trades, bid and manage equipment procurement, and lead owner interview preparations.
Project Oversight: Identify project challenges in real-time, provide guidance, and develop MEP critical-path schedules to ensure successful construction and startup.
Quality & Safety Management: Manage MEP quality control, develop Method of Procedure (MOP) activities in live environments, and ensure strict adherence to electrical safety and energization plans.
Team Leadership: Mentor team members, audit projects for compliance, manage staffing requirements, and conduct performance evaluations.
Client & Subcontractor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring the consistent delivery of the MEP brand.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a strong emphasis on MEP, including experience with a commercial General Contractor.
Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, CX Alloy, Adobe, BlueBeam
Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results

Compensation Overview:

Company offers top of the market compensation opportunities, with total compensation packages far exceeding the market average.
$1,000 per quarter bonus
$2,500 per job completion bonus

Pay: $160,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
