Office Manager/Assistant to the Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Supports company operations by assisting in supervising staff and assisting the Operations Manager.

Office Manager Job Duties:

Maintains office services and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring team functions.
Supervising other employees
Answering of phones
Receiving, investigating, handling all client concerns and making Management aware
Ensures office policies, standards and procedures are understood and followed by employees

Scheduling clients and assigning employees to the schedule and following up on work results.
Keeps management informed about all daily work results
Maintains office staff by rassisting in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assists the Manager in daily projects and activities as needed, providing back-up to the Manager when absent. Knowledge of all procedure and policies are key to running the company when the Manager is not present.
Special tasks and projects as needed and defined by the Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
