Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that swimming pools are safe, clean, and functioning optimally. Your expertise will help provide clients with pristine pools and a seamless experience, contributing to their enjoyment and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize your technical skills, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections to ensure optimal pool conditions.
Conduct thorough pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming floors, brushing surfaces, and cleaning filters.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, chemical levels, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules.
Respond promptly to service requests, troubleshoot issues on-site, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to keep pools in top condition.
Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
Assist with inventory management by ordering supplies and ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained.

Skills

Strong Communication skills
Service technician experience is highly desirable, but not requited, for diagnosing issues quickly and providing excellent customer support.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple service appointments efficiently.
