Company Overview

Hello! We are T&S Services, Inc. Our company offers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance for gas stations and stores all around the state of Michigan. We are a family-owned business in Davison that has been running for over twenty years, and are looking to add a new face to our dedicated team of professionals.

What We're Looking For

A friendly, detail-oriented assistant to our main office managers
1-2+ years of basic accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
Comfortable with office clerical tasks such as invoicing, answering phones, scheduling service times, etc.
Super organized with a strong knack for details and numbers
Good with Microsoft, Google, QuickBooks, and other software

Your Responsibilities

Match receipts, invoices, and other billing
Invoice customer and vendor payments
Enter bills, cut checks, and track accounts payable and receivable
Organize files and paperwork
Order and restock office supplies, kitchen goods, and equipment/parts
Greet customers, answer main phone lines, and direct inquiries
Receive and sign packages

The Details

You will be scheduled to work full time, five days a week, 9-5 Monday through Friday
You may be asked to cover a Saturday shift if necessary
Pay depends on experience
After 90 days, you'll receive five paid vacation days, four paid sick days, and paid holidays such as Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, etc.
