Weaver Homes - Accounting & Administrative Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support our accounting department and daily office operations. This role focuses on accounts payable, invoice processing, vendor and customer communications, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

Process accounts payable invoices and purchase orders.
Review invoices, prepare approvals, and maintain accounting records.
Reconcile company credit card transactions and code expenses.
Process HOA invoices, dues, and reimbursements.
Research and resolve vendor account discrepancies.
Prepare payments, maintain vendor files, and support job cost documentation.

Administrative

Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide customer service.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
Maintain filing systems and office records.
Order office supplies and manage postage.
Support daily office operations and assist with administrative projects.

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative, accounting, or accounts payable experience preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
