Job Title:

Community Based Program Manager

Overview:

As a Community Based Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butte you will be part of a passionate workspace who care about the youth of Butte! This position allows you to build, lead and support a program made up of youth and mentors who spend time in the community! In this role you will also enrich your networking skills in supporting fundraising efforts along with as needed tasks.

Join us and be part of a mission-driven team that prioritizes the wellbeing of the youth of Butte!

Key Responsibilities:

Outline how the candidate’s skills will contribute to success in this position.

Managing the Community Based mentoring program.
Recruiting Matches to grow the Community Based program.
Assisting with fundraising efforts.
Helping with maintaining business relationships through given projects.
Teaching in school Curriculum alongside staff.
Supporting with tasks as needed.

Required Key Skills and Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, candidates must be able to represent the agency in a positive way and bring an ability to be flexible with their duties, driven, and innovative when it comes to bringing new ideas to the agency.

Essential skills include:

Experience with working with families and youth in a professional setting.
Ability to form quality relationships with those associated with the agency.
Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
Dedication to building and expanding skills in the nonprofit space.
Additional skills or relevant qualifications specific to this role may be added.
Degree in an area of Human Services or 3-5 years experience working in a similar setting.
