We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily business functions with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and office management software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace
Maintain organized filing systems, including document proofreading and record keeping to support office operations
Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members or medical/dental offices as needed
Support clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies inventory
Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring client communication is clear and courteous

Experience

Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and productivity software
Prior experience in front desk roles, medical or dental receptionist, or personal assistant positions is highly desirable
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and data entry procedures
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience using bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar tools is advantageous
Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing filing systems
