Our team is highly experienced professionals who will work collectively to bring the highest quality treatment in a compassionate and caring atmosphere to our patients. Reproductive Fertility Center is committed to providing our patients with quality care and is looking for exceptional candidates to join our team. We are looking to hire a full-time MA / Sonographer

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations for patients as directed by physicians.
Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality images for interpretation.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ultrasonography techniques.

Qualifications

Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment
Certification as a Medical Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Experience in patient care and handling sensitive information

COMPETENCIES

Contributes to team effort by supporting excellent rapport and working relationships between reception desk/patient services and other departments within the practice.
Maintains patient and employee confidence and protects operations by keeping all patient and employee information confidential.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of daily work, recognizing that many confidential documents and conversations will need to be relayed.
Keep the work area and surrounding areas in a clean and organized manner
Coordinate efforts to work effectively with others in a manner that is productive, recognizing that this creates continued development of the “team” concept
Maintain proper attendance and punctuality to ensure that the practice operates in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Able to work effectively in an organizational setting and understand how to utilize the chain of command to resolve problems and bring program development ideas forward.
Ability to proactively collaborate with other supervisors and program directors to ensure the best possible training for all personnel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to move about as needed throughout the day.
Requires the ability to sit up to 8 hours per day with intermittent occasional moving about our workspaces.
Ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time.
Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.
Ability to complete tasks in an environment where interruptions are the norm and background noise is present.
Ability to move throughout buildings and between buildings, including stairs or elevators. Areas are wheelchair accessible.
